When I reached Ventura I took the opportunity to celebrate the arrival at the coast with a walk at the San Buenaventura State Beach and along the pier before checking in to my motel.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3644\" src=\"http:\/\/relativerest.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Pacific-First-Sight.jpg\" alt=\"Pacific First Sight\" width=\"760\" height=\"461\" srcset=\"http:\/\/relativerest.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Pacific-First-Sight.jpg 760w, http:\/\/relativerest.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Pacific-First-Sight-300x182.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 760px) 100vw, 760px\" \/>My first sight of the Pacific Ocean this trip; Ventura beach and pier.
